These terms govern Otherme, an AI photobooth app and website operated from the United Arab Emirates.

The product

You upload a photo and choose a pack. We generate an image. Packs are ours. You do not type prompts. Results are AI-generated and labelled as such.

Your photo

You must have the right to use the photo. Do not upload other people without a basis to do so. Entertainment packs that depict public figures are not official and are not affiliated with those people or their clubs.

Paid packs

When billing is live, purchases go through Google Play. Prices are shown in AED for UAE users. Packs are one-time digital goods, not a subscription, unless we clearly say otherwise on the paywall.

Acceptable use

No sexual content involving anyone, no attempts to undress people, no scams, no passing results off as real photographs of events that did not happen.

UAE law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless Google Play’s billing terms require otherwise for a purchase dispute.
